Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies but we try to work towards 1-7 days for processing as a whole. For more details, please get in touch.

 

Estimated delivery times

We'll do our best to meet these delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose at checkout and your location.

 

Customs and import taxes

Whilst we can ship outside of the UK on selected listings, an additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and we cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Tracking Orders

If your shipping method includes tracking, we’ll send you a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please get in touch at info@thedoodleshed.co .

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges at this moment in time but this is something we are working on so will notify you when we are able to do so.

If you’re items are wrong or damaged, to help us resolve this for you quickly, please do get in touch by emailing info@thedoodleshed.co within one week of receiving your order including photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will do our best to see what we can do to rectify this for you. 

Lost Orders 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: 

- Check your confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 

- Ask your local post office if they have your package. 

- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at info@thedoodleshed.co with your order details and we’ll see what we can do to help.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We send all of our print and card orders cardboard backed, wrapped in plastic and then put them in a cardboard envelope. As for our wall hangings, they are tissue wrapped then placed into a bubble wrapped envelope. Our aim is to ensure each of our products arrive at your door as perfect as when they left ours. 

​All of our packaging is either made from recycled papers, recyclable or biodegradable so rest assured your order is as environmentally friendly as it can be.

 

Print Framing

Although our prints are printed on high quality matte finish paper, we recommend framing our prints to prevent them being damaged and to ensure they stay perfect for longer.
